At its core, MVR operates on a sophisticated principle: secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, is efficiently compressed using a high-energy steam compressor. This magic of conversion turns electrical energy into thermal energy, cleverly elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once heated, the steam makes its grand return to the evaporator, where it plays a pivotal role in material heating and evaporation, thus ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, meticulously adjusting them to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Position these wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is aligned, expertly spot weld the wedges at 4-5 points, creating a steadfast structure.
The user should craft and install these wedges tailored to their specific setting. Ensure that the contact surfaces are expertly finished to allow for seamless interaction.
The inclined plane must maintain even contact, and the support capacity of the wedge iron should meticulously not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The desired accuracy for the unit's alignment is an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
The unit should meet these stringent leveling specifications to ensure optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to initiating alignment, verify the following crucial steps:
1) The main power supply must be safely disengaged;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Ensuring the motor installation plane is flat and free from foreign objects, dirt, or any unwanted attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes should be generously sized to allow for bolt loosening and motor adjustments without hindrance;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets ready to secure under the motor feet. These must be devoid of attachments and lie perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ either a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should procure;
8) Prepare a dedicated bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the reference diagram;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket serves as a platform for affixing a dial indicator at the hub's perimeter, with the probe positioned on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the motor and compressor center lines. Ensure that any deviation around the outer circumference does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line surmounting the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of merely 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and conscientiously check the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to confirm precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, the coupling intermediate section should be reinstalled to conclude the process.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment have been meticulously adjusted, the anchor bolts should be tightened. After the mechanical or trial operation, these bolts must be loosened and retightened to maintain robustness.
3.3.5 Recognizing the impeller as a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solids or liquids from entering it, as this could cause irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness and appropriate steam corrosion resistance of all pipelines connected to the compressor. Pipelines not meeting these criteria should be promptly rectified. It is highly advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are fitted with the necessary accessories, as indicated by the PI diagram. The pipelines should be independently supported by a separate bracket, rather than the compressor body, to avoid unnecessary stress.
3.3.7 With the main fan and auxiliary equipment precisely installed and the concrete fully cured, the compressor is primed for an operational test to ensure flawless performance.
