Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to seamlessly adjust the unit’s level to perfection.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is expertly leveled, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges need to be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are professionally finished for even contact on the inclined
plane, stipulating that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must never exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to confirm unit alignment. The leveling precision parameters dictate the unit’s axial level at a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level at an impeccable 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling by centering. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously met:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the absolute flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from foreign particles, dirt, and unauthorized attachments;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, providing flexibility to loosen and adjust the motor seamlessly;
6) Amass a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor’s foot. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and uniformly flat; avoid inserting long, slender gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, available as per the customer’s provision;
8) Prepare the supporting bracket for mounting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket facilitates the mounting of a dial indicator on the hub edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust surrounding motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines with utmost precision. The deviation of the outer circle should not surpass 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, reassessing the outer circle and face runout of the coupling to guarantee alignment excellence.;
12) Conclude the alignment by reinstalling the coupling’s intermediate section post the motor’s successful idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, steadfastly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen the bolts briefly, then secure them again for maximum stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands unwavering protection. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Therefore, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the system’s steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified without delay. Consider augmenting the setup with robust solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, right before the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. These import and export pipelines should adhere to the PI diagram specifications. Crucially, pipelines connecting to the compressor must be independently supported by separate brackets, ensuring the compressor body bears none of their weight.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and all its auxiliary components, and once the concrete has attained complete solidification, you are poised to embark on the compressor operation test.
