3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, artfully positioning them to ensure the unit's perfect level.
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 strategic points. These wedges should
be meticulously crafted and installed by the user to suit specific site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished—achieving even contact on inclined
planes, with a maximum bearing capacity that does not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The unit's leveling criteria are as follows: the axial level is an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level demands a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving coupling alignment is essential. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Power down the main supply completely;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Gently detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for any unwanted debris or dirt, ensuring a pristine setup;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously sized, allowing bolts to be loosened for seamless motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a surplus of pristine stainless steel gaskets that will snugly fit the motor's feet. The gaskets must be free of contaminants, perfectly flat, and should not be thin and lengthy for insertion between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (customer's responsibility to provide);
8) Ready the bracket for the dial indicator using the illustration as guidance;

9) Equip the motor wheel hub's mounting bracket to host a dial indicator on its outer edge, placing the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By systematically adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, adhering to instructions. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line ideally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face measurement of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and diligently verify the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) After conducting the motor's idling test, gracefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are impeccably adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. After a thorough mechanical trial, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure ultimate security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be safeguarded from any ingress of solids or liquids, which can cause irreversible harm. It's imperative that the pipelines linked to the compressor are immaculate and adhere to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Should the pipelines fall short, immediate rectification is advised. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation solutions, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted according to the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by separate brackets, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its supplemental equipment securely installed and the concrete fully set, you're ready to commence the compressor operation test, paving the way for high-performance results.
