The fundamental principle of MVR lies in its ability to take the secondary steam produced by the evaporator and compress it with a highly efficient steam compressor. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation, thereby facilitating the recycling of latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. To ensure precision leveling of the unit, place wedge-shaped shims under the base.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
The wedges should be crafted and fitted by the user, tailored to the unique circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished.

3.3.2 Use a level to confirm the unit's precision. The axial level necessity is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling needs to be perfectly centered. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield with care.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling deftly.
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it's devoid of any unwanted debris or attachments.
5) Confirm the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size to allow for bolt adjustments and motor repositioning.
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor foot. They must be pristine, flat, and devoid of any attachments. Avoid inserting elongated and thin gaskets between the motor and base for modifications.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, possessing a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer).
8) Arrange the bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Deploy the motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub edge, with the probe placed on the outer edge of the compressor hub for meticulous measurement.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines masterfully. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section after a thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-alignment of the casing 'levelness' and precision alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten them to assure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and any intrusion by solid or liquid matter can inflict irreversible damage. Thus, it is imperative to keep the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor immaculate, adhering to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Any pipeline failing to meet these criteria must be adjusted.
It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to fit the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Install the import and export pipelines with the appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is bolstered by an auxiliary bracket, ensuring its weight is independently supported and not reliant on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are fully installed and the concrete foundation reaches complete solidity, you can proceed with the compressor's operational test. This pivotal step ensures that the compressor is ready for efficient performance, guaranteeing optimal functionality in wastewater treatment processes.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring these connections are securely placed underground. Upon finalizing the placement of the electric control cabinet, go ahead and establish the crucial connections by linking the wiring terminals located within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This meticulous setup is crucial for seamless and efficient operational control.
