3.3.1 Carefully position the compressor base onto the foundation, utilizing wedge-shaped shims to achieve perfect leveling. These shims, arranged in an alternating pattern, are essential for ensuring the unit's stability.
Once the unit is precisely leveled, perform spot welding on these wedges at four to five strategic points. The user must manufacture and install custom wedges, tailored to the specific requirements of the setup.
The contact surface should be meticulously finished, ensuring the inclined planes make even contact. The bearing strength of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Achieve absolute level accuracy using a precision level. The axial level tolerance is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should be within 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
3.3.3 For perfect coupling alignment, adhere to the following meticulous preparation steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely disconnected;
2) Safely remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation surface for any debris or foreign objects that could affect alignment;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are appropriately sized to allow smooth adjustment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are pristine and flat for precise adjustments, avoiding the use of unsuitable long thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm), which should be customer-provided;
8) Securely mount the dial indicator on a specially designed bracket for accurate measurements;
9) Attach the dial indicator to the motor wheel hub bracket, ensuring the probe is positioned correctly on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet using the adjustment bolts, aligning the motor and compressor center lines with a maximum discrepancy of 0.05mm on the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft.
11) Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle and end face runout post-tightening of the motor foot bolts, ensuring all alignments are within optimal tolerance.;
12) Post successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Upon achieving perfect casing alignment and levelness, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post-operational checks demand loosening and re-tightening to guarantee sustained performance.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed dynamics, any solid or liquid intrusion poses significant risks. Ensure all connected pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate immediate rectification.Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet, is strongly advised for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Implement the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision, integrating relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines are independently supported, safeguarding the compressor from undue stress.
3.3.7 Following the complete installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has been fully solidified, it's time to bring the compressor to life with an operational test. This crucial step ensures seamless functionality and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor for optimal functionality. Ensure a clean, organized look by threading the wiring conduit underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is set, seamlessly link the internal wiring terminals to the distant DCS lines, establishing a robust and efficient connection.
