This process seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials and facilitates further evaporation. Thus, the ingenious cycle of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is achieved, setting a new standard for energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the robust base of the compressor integrally on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit level, ensuring precision and stability.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding at 4~5 key points, crafting a foundation that is as steadfast as it is adaptable.
Custom manufacture and install the wedge according to the unique situation of your site. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for even and flawless contact along the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is crucial and should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Harness a level to achieve unparalleled precision in leveling. The unit's axial level must be as precise as 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm, ensuring seamless operation.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Before embarking on alignment, ensure that these vital prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield to access the vital components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate accurate alignment;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface for any foreign particles, guaranteeing it is immaculate and free of all debris;
5) The motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolts themselves to allow for smooth adjustment during fine-tuning;
6) Arm yourself with a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to ensure impeccable support beneath the motor. These gaskets must be flawless, flat, and free of debris, and never use lengthy, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ advanced precision tools like a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a resolution of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Assemble a robust support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position the dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe accurately on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By finely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is only 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation confined to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts with precision, then review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure perfection;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test, securing it for optimal performance.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment have been masterfully adjusted, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. After a thorough mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and then retighten the bolts to affirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, it's imperative to ensure the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines, meeting the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines that fall short of these conditions must be immediately rectified. We highly recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.

3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These vital pipelines should incorporate all relevant accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline's weight is supported by a separate bracket and not by the compressor itself, preserving the integrity of the compressor's structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its associated equipment are securely installed, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you are ready to commence the thrilling phase of the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal performance, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
