This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this pressurized steam is returned to the evaporator to heat the materials, triggering further evaporation. The result is an innovative cycle that recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and enhancing sustainability.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is meticulously engineered, featuring a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons to ensure optimal balance. Once the unit is perfectly level, reinforce the stability by spot welding the wedge irons at 4 to 5 critical points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user with precision, tailored to the specific scenario, ensuring a smooth contact surface for even distribution of load across the inclined plane.
The wedge irons should not support a load exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a reliable level to achieve pinpoint accuracy. The unit must meet stringent leveling requirements: maintaining an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling alignment is pivotal. Adhere to the following meticulous preparatory steps before commencing alignment:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to allow clear access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Assess the motor's installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign elements.
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow bolt loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Equip yourself with a sufficient stock of flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's base, avoiding the use of excessively long or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm, to measure alignment.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the corresponding figure below.

9) Implement the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Achieve optimal alignment by adjusting the motor feet's bolts to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation ranging from 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Conclude the procedure by installing the coupling intermediate section, following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, ensure the casing's levelness and alignment are impeccable before securely tightening the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial runs, follow up by loosening and re-tightening the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, with its high-speed rotation, is sensitive to solid or liquid intrusions which may cause irreversible damage to the compressor. To prevent this, ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade specifications. Rectify any pipeline not meeting these standards.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported independently by an additional bracket, preventing any undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, the time is ripe to embark on the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the seamless functionality and efficiency of the Frequency Conversion Steam Compressor, designed specifically for the meticulous demands of Efficient Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and easy accessibility, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter range of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet is meticulously connected using threading pipe, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is situated in the perfect spot, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
