The underlying principle is elegantly simple yet highly effective: secondary steam, once generated by the evaporator, undergoes compression through a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformative process adeptly converts electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam rise significantly. The elevated temperature allows the recycled steam to return to the evaporator, where it skillfully heats the materials, sparking renewed evaporation. This clever cycle enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, showcasing an exceptional model of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly set on its foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfectly level unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is precisely leveled, spot weld the wedge irons in four to five strategic points, ensuring stability.
The wedges, crafted by the user to fit actual conditions, must have a finished contact surface for even distribution.
The wedge iron should not support more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a spirit level to ensure perfect alignment. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before initiating alignment, verify the following important steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for better access;
4) Ensure the motor's installation plane is impeccably flat and free of debris or unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should be proportionally larger than the bolts to allow for adjustment;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets ready. These should be perfectly flat and devoid of imperfections. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, with 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should prepare;
8) Secure a supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator effectively on the wheel hub's edge and set the probe on the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust motor foot bolts subtly to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) After adjustments, thoroughly tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate outer circle and end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling assessment.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After the machinery's operational test, release and retighten bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed vital component, must remain free from any solid or liquid contaminants that could inflict irreversible damage. Keep inlet and outlet connections pristine and compliant with system-specific steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate correction.
For enhanced protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor's inlet piping.
3.3.6 Attach inlet and outlet pipes to the compressor. Follow the PI diagram to include relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure pipelines are independently supported without relying on the compressor body to bear any weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed, and the concrete has fully cured to ensure a robust foundation, you can proceed to conduct the compressor's operational test. This pivotal step guarantees optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For peak efficiency and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To maintain a clean and organized setup, use threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines to ensure flawless communication and control.
