The core principle involves the compression of secondary steam produced by the evaporator, utilizing a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This conversion process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and inducing evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable energy management.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base onto the foundation, ensuring to place wedge-shaped shims beneath it. These shims are essential for achieving the perfect level for the unit.
Expertly alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the wedges with a skilled spot weld at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surface must be meticulously finished to ensure a flawless, even contact with the inclined plane.
The robust wedge iron must have a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ensure unparalleled accuracy. The leveling standards are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent requirements guarantee the flawless operation of the unit.

3.3.3 The coupling is to be perfectly centered. Prior to initiating the alignment, please confirm the following crucial requirements:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate segment;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor installation plane meticulously to ensure it is free from any debris, dirt, or unnecessary attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, granting the flexibility to adjust the motor by loosening the bolt;
6) Prepare a generous supply of flawless stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's foot, ensuring no attachments, maintaining an impeccable flatness. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (supplied by the customer);
8) Prepare the requisite bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the following figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center, and the coupling end face deviation is between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Complete the process by installing the coupling intermediate section after the motor's successful idle test.
3.3.4 Once the unit's "levelness" and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. After a thorough mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure sustained stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, could suffer irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Thus, it is paramount that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting the steam corrosion grade standards of the system. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
It's highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight inlet pipe of the compressor.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The pipelines must be equipped with the appropriate accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Additionally, these pipelines must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its vital ancillary equipment are impeccably installed, and the concrete base is fully solidified, the moment has arrived to conduct the compressor operation test. This pivotal phase ensures seamless functionality and sets the stage for exceptional performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the state-of-the-art electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection, facilitated through a meticulously threaded underground pipe, ensures a clean and organized setup from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once in place, the wiring terminals within the cabinet are to be expertly connected with the lines at the remote DCS, crafting a seamless network for ultimate control and reliability.
