This is achieved through the ingenious re-utilization of the secondary steam energy it generates itself. The core principle revolves around the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, which is expertly compressed using a high-performance, energy-efficient steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then ingeniously cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing evaporation and ensuring the efficient recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam. This cycle continues, optimizing energy usage and enhancing overall sustainability.
The DM series Single-stage geard steam compressor is masterfully designed to incorporate key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its design boasts a compact structure, making it exceptionally user-friendly for maintenance. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the perfect leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once leveling is achieved, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure the wedges are
crafted and installed by the user in accordance with the actual conditions. The contact surface must be precision-finished, ensuring even contact across inclined surfaces. Note the
load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain the unit's alignment. Follow these leveling parameters: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering with precision. Before commencing alignment operations, ensure adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) Securely switch off the main power supply;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to confirm it is free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is appropriately larger than the bolt size, allowing bolt relaxation for motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets prepared to cover the motor's base. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer) for precise measurements;
8) Prepare the bracket intended to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's perimeter;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts so the compressor and motor center lines align precisely (or follow specific instructions), with an outer circle deviation maximum of 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center line should maintain a higher position than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face measuring between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Reevaluate the runout of the outer circle and end face of the coupling.
12) After conducting a motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Once the mechanical operation or trial run concludes, loosen and retighten the bolts to secure adjustments.
3.3.5 The impeller is a component that rotates at high speed; thus, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible harm on the compressor. It is imperative to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade criteria. Pipelines failing to meet these conditions must undergo rectification. We
recommend adding solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet for optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with the necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring the compressor body does not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to commence the compressor operation test, ensuring all systems are functioning perfectly.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet for the compressor within a convenient 5-meter distance from the compressor itself. For utmost safety and efficiency, ensure the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is skillfully connected using threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless operational setup.
