Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by expertly placing the compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit's perfect level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in a staggered arrangement. Once the unit achieves a flawless level, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges
are to be custom manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the specific needs of the setup. The contact surfaces must be precision finished for
optimum performance. Ensure the bearing capacity of your wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level for precision calibration. The stringent leveling standards are: axial level precision at an impeccable 0.05 per 1000mm, with
horizontal level precision maintained at a perfect 0.10 per 1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure impeccable coupling alignment. Before commencing this critical process, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris and obstructions;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Stock up on high-quality stainless steel gaskets to cover motor feet. Ensure these are clean and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (customer-supplied);
8) Adequate bracket preparation is necessary to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor hub bracket, with the probe strategically placed along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines to perfection. Maximum deviation should be no greater

than 0.05mm for the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line.
12) Reassemble the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's alignment and levelness are adjusted, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and
retighten them for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, sensitive to foreign particles. Any debris can cause significant damage, thus ensuring the inlet and outlet
pipelines meet the system's steam corrosion grade is critical. Install solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber) prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed, and every bit of the concrete is beautifully solidified, it is time to proceed with the exhilarating compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
