At its core, the principle is straightforward yet powerful: the evaporator-generated secondary steam is compressed by a high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, allowing it to return to the evaporator. This returned steam then heats the materials, triggering further evaporation and achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure optimal leveling of the unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, strategically spot weld the wedge irons at 4-5 points. Ensure the wedges are
crafted and installed by the user to suit specific site conditions, finishing the contact surfaces for uniform contact.
The inclined plane must meet the requirement with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. The unit's leveling specifications include an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled stability.
3.3.3 Aligning the coupling is paramount. Prior to initiating the alignment, adhere to the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Examine the motor's installation plane to confirm it's free of debris and impurities;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed the size of the bolts, facilitating bolt adjustments for motor alignment;
6) Have a sufficient stock of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that could disrupt alignment adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe onto the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviations should be within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, re-evaluating the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precise alignment,;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are achieved, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, re-loosen and tighten the bolts to affirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller spins at high velocity, and any intrusion of solids or liquids could irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified, andit's recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for fitting relevant pipeline accessories. Pipelines linked to the compressor should be independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, thus preventing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has thoroughly solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the system is operating at peak efficiency and reliability, paving the way for seamless performance.
3.3.8 The installation of the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The essential wiring, extending from the compressor to the control cabinet, must be securely encased in threading pipe and routed underground for optimal protection. Upon securing the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the corresponding lines of the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and efficient operational network.
