The fundamental principle revolves around the secondary steam, which is produced by the evaporator and then efficiently compressed using a high-performance steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature of the secondary steam is then cycled back into the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials to induce evaporation. This innovative approach enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization found within the secondary steam, ensuring a sustainable and efficient energy use process.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securing the compressor base as a unified piece on a prepared foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot-weld the wedge-shaped irons at multiple strategic points, usually 4 to 5.
Wedges must be crafted and installed by the user based on actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finished for smooth engagement.
The wedge iron's inclined plane should make even contact, and its bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The leveling criteria are specific: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Make sure these standards are thoroughly met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Properly center the coupling with meticulous alignment. Prioritize verifying these conditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is entirely off for safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for smoother alignment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from debris or any obstructions.
5) The motor bolt holes should be sufficiently larger than the bolts to enable necessary adjustments when loosening.
6) Be prepared with ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. Ensure they are free from any dirt and perfectly flat. Avoid using unsuitable long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Have a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm ready (to be supplied by the customer).
8) Prepare a robust bracket as illustrated below to support the dial indicator.

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to securely install a dial indicator at the hub’s edge, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line. The maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft.

11) Once adjustments are complete, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, carefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After meticulously adjusting the casing's level and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. Post-operation, recheck by loosening and retightening those bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds; any foreign matter inside will cause significant damage. Keep inlet and outlet pipelines pristine and compliant with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be addressed urgently.
It is strongly advised to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with relevant accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by separate brackets, not relying on the compressor's structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidification, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This step ensures the seamless functionality and reliability of the setup, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5m radius of the unit. Ensure the wiring is efficiently routed through secure threading pipes, laid underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. After setting up the electric control cabinet, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless connection.
