The core principle involves compressing secondary steam from the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials to generate further evaporation. The result is an ingenious recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, thus ensuring an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an advanced piece of turbine equipment that leverages a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its innovative design allows for the impeller to be directly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor is ingeniously supported by an oil film bearing, enabling direct drive via the high-speed motor. This eliminates the need for a speed-increasing gearbox and coupling, resulting in a streamlined, efficient, and maintenance-friendly solution for high-speed industrial applications.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Positioning Perfection: Begin by placing the robust compressor base integrally atop the foundation. Enhance stability and precision using wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are pivotal for adjusting unit levels to meet optimal standards.
Ingeniously alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 key points. This meticulous arrangement ensures unwavering stability.
The user is tasked with manufacturing and installing the wedge according to specific situational demands. Pay special attention to the contact surface, ensuring an even contact across the inclined plane, maximizing durability and efficiency.
Adhere to the critical specification that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieving Precision: Employ a level for impeccable alignment. The unit's leveling benchmark: the axial level should be maintained at a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is set at a precise 0.10/1000mm.
Such stringent leveling requirements ensure unparalleled operational excellence.

3.3.3 Mastering Coupling Alignment: Centering the coupling is fundamental. Prior to commencing alignment, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure absolute safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, paving the way for meticulous adjustments;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for optimal access;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it remains free from any debris, dirt, or extraneous attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt size, enabling easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Procure ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's footing. These gaskets should be impeccably flat, devoid of any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or opt for a laser alignment meter boasting an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Have a bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the schematic below;

9) Equip the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines seamlessly (or follow specific instructions). Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, maintaining the motor shaft center line subtly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Monitor the coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review any outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Proceed with installing the coupling intermediate section following the motor's idling test, ensuring flawless integration and performance.
3.3.4 Post-Leveling Excellence: Once the casing's alignment and 'levelness' are perfected, tighten all anchor bolts rigorously. After the mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and re-tighten to guarantee enduring stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection. Any intrusion of solids or liquids could inflict irreversible damage. Confirm that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the requisite steam corrosion standards of the system. Pipelines not meeting these conditions must be rectified immediately. Consider introducing solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamless Connection: Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by an external bracket, as its weight should not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it paves the way for the initiation of a comprehensive compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the High-Speed Oil-Film Direct Drive Compressor is primed for peak performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. The wiring journey from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously guided through a threading pipe, which is ideally placed underground for optimal safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, it is imperative to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the corresponding lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring precise control and monitoring.
