Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the prepared foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for leveling adjustments.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the irons at 4~5 points to secure them.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges based on the actual conditions, ensuring a perfect finish for even contact on inclined planes.
Please note, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a level tool to achieve precision leveling. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling alignment by confirming the following prerequisites before beginning:
1) Switch off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is flat, free from debris or dirt.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are appropriately sized for adjustments.
6) Prepare stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are flat and free from attachments. Avoid using lengthy or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, as provided by the customer.
8) Have the bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning its probe accurately.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation is 0.05mm with coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then double-check the runout of the outer circle and end face of the coupling.;
12) Once verified, reinstall the coupling intermediate section after testing the motor with idling operations.
3.3.4 Upon achieving ideal "levelness" and alignment for the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial operation, re-loosen and re-tighten for stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, requires that no solids or liquids enter, to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipes meet system corrosion standards.
Consider installing solid-liquid separators, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet to mitigate risks.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with all necessary accessories according to the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines are independently supported to avoid stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its sophisticated ancillary equipment is completed and the concrete has fully hardened, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test.
