This transformation effectively converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this temperature surge allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This process is a masterstroke in the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by gracefully positioning the compressor base entirely onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, an essential component for leveling precision.
Strategically alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves meticulous leveling, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
The wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, customized to their specific circumstances. The contact surface requires a refined finish for impeccable inclined plane contact.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should maintain a robust limit, not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain absolute precision. The unit's axial level must reach a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands 0.10/1000mm.
Achieve these exacting standards to ensure flawless operational alignment.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely disengaged;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring cleanliness and absence of unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size for easy adjustment, allowing bolts to be loosened effortlessly;
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. Gaskets must be impeccably flat and free from attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Have a dial indicator or laser alignment meter ready, boasting 0.01mm precision (to be provided by the client);
8) Securely prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, with the probe positioned on the outer edge of the compressor hub;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle. Ensure the motor's shaft center line is elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with utmost care.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous leveling and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten them for optimal performance.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a high-speed marvel. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can instigate irreversible compressor damage. Ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards require immediate rectification. It's strategically
advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Embark on installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously for incorporating necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that the compressor-linked pipeline is independently supported by a separate bracket, preventing undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to proceed with the exciting compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures everything is functioning seamlessly and sets the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For optimal operational efficiency, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius. The electrical connections, elegantly threaded through underground piping, link the compressor to its control cabinet. Upon positioning the cabinet, effortlessly connect the wiring terminals inside with the remote DCS lines for a smooth integration.
