The core principle of this cutting-edge technology involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being compressed with a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in a significant rise in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As the temperature of the secondary steam elevates, it returns to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and generating further evaporation. This innovative technique allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, creating an efficient, sustainable, and environmentally conscious solution.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To set up the compressor base with utmost precision, position it integrally on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, serving as essential tools for adjusting the unit to a perfect level.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit achieves the desired level, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for stability.
These wedges, tailored by the user to suit specific scenarios, must ensure the contact surface is finished for optimal evenness, ensuring smooth and even engagement of the inclined plane.
Bear in mind, the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to determine the unit's precision level. Adhere to the stringent leveling requirements: the unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for optimum performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by adhering to these preliminary requirements:
1) Safely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to expose the coupling;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for clear access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are oversized relative to the bolt size, allowing for adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets on hand to perfectly cover the motor's feet. These gaskets should be free of attachments and have adequate flatness, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for inserting between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm (to be prepared by the customer);
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, and place a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By finely adjusting the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line to perfection (or follow the respective instructions), ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should sit slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation ranging between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for assurance;
12) Follow up by installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. During or after mechanical operation (including trial runs), loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure steadfast security.
3.3.5 Recognizing the impeller as a high-speed rotating element, any intrusion of solids or liquids into it can cause irreversible harm to the compressor. Therefore, the cleanliness and steam corrosion grade compliance of pipelines connecting to the compressor must be scrutinized and assured.
Pipelines falling short of these standards must undergo rectification. It's strongly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Align import and export pipelines with the relevant pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure that the compressor body does not bear the weight of the connecting pipeline by supporting it with an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan along with all its ancillary equipment is completed, and the concrete solidifies thoroughly, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is functioning optimally, securing the efficiency and reliability of your system.
3.3.8 To ensure a seamless operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a close proximity of 5 meters. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be executed using a threading pipe, ingeniously routed underground for maximum safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is properly positioned, it is vital to link the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, completing the setup for a robust and reliable control system.
