Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the robust compressor base securely on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level. These are essential tools for alignment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 strategic points. The wedges should be meticulously
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation at hand. Ensure a smooth, finished contact surface for even contact of inclined planes,
and maintain the wedge iron's bearing capacity at no more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The exacting leveling standards demand the unit's axial level to be at 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal
level to be at 0.10/1000mm. These standards ensure optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Before you commence this process, confirm the following crucial prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign substances and debris;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves. This allows the bolts to be loosened, facilitating motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor’s foot. These gaskets must be free of attachments and uniformly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Use a precise dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be provided by the customer;
8) Arrange the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe is placed accurately on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines as closely as possible. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for accuracy;;
12) Once the motor idling test is completed, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to ensure everything is in place.
3.3.4 After flawlessly adjusting the unit's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, it's crucial to loosen these bolts and then retighten them to secure the setup.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Thus, ensure that the pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and conform to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe entering the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. The compressor should not bear the weight of the connected pipelines, which must be supported by an alternative bracket, preventing undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
