The core principle hinges on utilizing a highly efficient steam compressor to compress secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, culminating in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The revitalized steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and prompts further evaporation, thereby achieving a remarkable recycling process of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a masterfully crafted piece of engineering, meticulously constructed from key components including the compressor body, which comprises of the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, among others. It is seamlessly integrated with a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, all working in concert to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability.
3.3.1 The compressor base is expertly positioned on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to effortlessly attain unit level.
Place wedge-shaped irons alternately for seamless leveling, and securely spot weld the irons in 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
The wedge should be skillfully manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual scenario. The contact surface must be finely finished,
ensuring perfect contact of inclined planes, with a robust bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve perfect leveling. The intricate leveling standards are: the axial level is 0.05/1000mm, while
the horizontal level should be precisely 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to alignment, ensure the following essential prerequisites are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness to ensure it is free of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to adjust the motor effortlessly;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor foot. Ensure gaskets are attachment-free and truly flat.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator installation on the wheel hub edge, with indicator probe on the compressor hub edge.
10) Adjust bolts around motor feet for precise alignment of compressor and motor center lines. Ensure a max deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle,
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, reviewing outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision alignment,;
12) Complete the installation by assembling the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post "levelness" and alignment adjustments, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component, and the entry of solids or liquids can cause significant damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagram for accessory installation. Support pipelines externally, ensuring no weight bears on the compressor.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that the Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is ready to deliver reliable industrial performance, demonstrating its impeccable efficiency and durability.
3.3.8 The installation of the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the connection wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly threaded through a conduit, safely routed underground for optimal protection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), facilitating seamless operational integration.
