The core principle involves the high-efficiency steam compressor compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Remarkably, the increased temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and prompts further evaporation. This ingenious cycle facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, contributing to an impressive conservation of energy.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically placed under the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately and, once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user based on real-world conditions. Ensure that the contact surface is finished for smooth and even contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment. Prior to commencing this meticulous process, ensure the following crucial steps are adhered to:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;

4) Scrupulously inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, free from any unwanted objects or debris;
5) The motor bolt hole must be larger than the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening to adjust the motor precisely;
6) Equip yourself with high-quality stainless steel gaskets for the motor feet. These gaskets must be smooth and devoid of contaminants; avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, as supplied by the customer.
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for optimal readings.
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet meticulously, align the compressor and motor center lines to near perfection. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than that of the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of both the outer circle and coupling end face runout for precision assurance.;
12) Once satisfied, reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, diligently tighten the anchor bolts after the mechanical operation. Following a trial run, loosen and retighten them to ensure utmost security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed rotating component, must be protected from any foreign solids or liquids that can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the steam corrosion standards of the system.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet to safeguard against impurities.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Crucially, pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported to avoid undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can initiate the compressor operation test with confidence.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. To ensure optimal safety and efficiency, the wiring that connects the compressor to the control cabinet should be carefully routed through underground threading pipes. Once the control cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
