Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base upon the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath, skillfully adjusting the unit to achieve perfect level alignment.
Elegantly interlace two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring flawless leveling. Secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user to suit specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished, offering a seamless contact of the
inclined plane. The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision. The leveling demands are stringent: axial level precision at 0.05/1000mm, with horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure the unit meets these exacting standards.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Completely power down the main supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring absence of debris and contaminants;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy adjustment and loosening;
6) Prepare ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor's footing. These should be free of debris and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, supplied by the customer;
8) Arrange a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket facilitates dial indicator positioning along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Coupling end face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten motor foot bolts and verify coupling's concentricity and face runout.;
12) Post motor idle testing, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After refining the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operations or trials, release and retighten bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high velocity, avoid any ingress of solids or liquids, as this can irrevocably harm the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliance must be corrected. We recommend employing solid-liquid separation gear like gas scrubbers near the compressor inlet.
Consider installing a sedimentation tee ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor's ingress point.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for the inclusion of necessary pipeline accessories. Support the pipelines with a separate framework to prevent any weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Upon the flawless installation of the main fan along with its supplementary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter reach of the compressor itself. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly stationed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This setup guarantees a streamlined and efficient control system for your compressor.
