The fundamental principle involves the compression of secondary steam generated from the evaporator using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As the temperature rises, the secondary steam is channeled back to the evaporator. Here, it performs the dual function of heating the materials and facilitating further evaporation. This cycle efficiently recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, embodying a sustainable approach to energy management.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is an engineering marvel, comprising essential components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its design prioritizes a compact structure, ensuring ease and convenience during maintenance. This thoughtful configuration not only enhances operational efficiency but also extends the longevity and reliability of the compressor, catering to the meticulous needs of modern industry.
3.3.1 The compressor base is to be integrally placed on the foundation. Place a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to finely adjust and level the unit. Ensure the utmost precision for optimal performance.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once leveled, firmly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points, ensuring a stable foundation.
The wedge should be custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances at hand. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for seamless contact with the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level instrument to achieve exact leveling. The axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm for optimum operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing, ensure the following preparatory steps are adhered to:
1) Ensure safety first by turning off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for a thorough check.
4) Verify the motor installation plane for any irregularities, ensuring it is free of debris and unwanted particles.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow bolt loosening for accurate motor adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are pristine and uniformly flat. Avoid using inadequately sized gaskets to prevent ineffective adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, supplied by the customer, for exacting measurements.
8) Have the bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator as per the illustration below.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely place a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Through fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The deviation in the outer circle must not exceed 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and reassess the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for precision.;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reinstall the intermediary section of the coupling.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and any foreign solid or liquid introduced can severely damage the compressor. It's imperative that all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines failing these standards must be rectified immediately. We strongly recommend the installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.uggested to add solid-liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure all pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. Additionally, the supporting bracket must independently sustain the pipeline's weight to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you are now ready to conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything functions harmoniously, providing you with the assurance that the system is primed for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly connected using threading pipes, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, assuring a robust and reliable connection.
