The cornerstone principle underlying this technology is the compression of secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process seamlessly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This warmed and pressurized steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, facilitating the heating of materials and inducing evaporation. The outcome is a remarkably efficient recycling of the latent heat of vaporization present in the secondary steam, epitomizing the essence of resourceful energy management.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation, put wedge-shaped shim under the base (used to adjust the unit level),
place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, after leveling the unit, and spot weld the wedge-shaped irons for 4~5 points. The wedge shall be
manufactured and installed by the user according to the actual situation, and the contact surface shall be finished (even contact of inclined
plane, and the bearing capacity of wedge iron shall not be greater than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a level to find the level. The leveling requirements of the unit: the axial level of the unit is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level of the unit is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling is centered. Before starting alignment, confirm the following requirements:
1) Turn off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Check the flatness of the motor installation plane to ensure that there are no stolen goods, dirt and attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole should be larger than the bolt size, so that the bolt can be loosened to adjust the motor;
6) Prepare enough stainless steel gaskets to cover the foot of the motor, the gaskets should not have attachments and should be flat enough. You cannot use long and thin gaskets to insert between the motor and the base for adjustment;
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (prepared by the customer himself);
8) Prepare the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as shown in the figure below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is used for mounting a dial indicator on the edge of the wheel hub, and placing a dial indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By adjusting the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, the compressor and the motor center line are basically on the same line (or according to the corresponding instructions), and the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, tighten the motor foot bolts, and review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Install the coupling intermediate section after the motor idling test.
3.3.4 After adjusting the "levelness" and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation (or trial operation), loosen the bolts and tighten them again.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high speed rotating component, and any solid or liquid entering impeller will cause irreversible damage to compressor. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected with compressor are clean and meet the requirements of steam corrosion grade of the system. Pipelines that do not meet this condition must be rectified. It is s
uggested to add solid liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines shall be installed with relevant pipeline accessories according to PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor shall be supported by another bracket, and its weight shall not be supported by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been fully installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the system's performance and reliability, providing peace of mind and efficiency in your operations.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connections from the compressor to the control cabinet should be seamlessly integrated using threading pipes that are installed underground for protection and aesthetic purposes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously link the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and efficient electrical system.
