Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by carefully positioning the compressor base onto the designated foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level. These shims are crucial for stability and precision alignment of your Industrial Use High-Speed Oil-Film Compressor, ensuring that it operates seamlessly.
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons to achieve optimal leveling. After the unit is leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 points. This meticulous attention to detail is vital for maintaining the compressor's efficiency and longevity.
Each wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to fit the specific circumstances of your setup. Precision is key: the contact surface of the wedge should be perfectly finished to ensure even contact on the inclined plane, optimizing the support and alignment.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, make sure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely switched off;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section cautiously;
4) Inspect the motor's installation surface to confirm it is free of any debris or obstructions;
5) The motor's bolt holes should be larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy adjustments during the alignment process;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's base. These gaskets must be free from impurities and must provide a flat, stable support. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that might slip during adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, as specified by customer requirements, to ensure precision;
8) Use a robust bracket to hold the dial indicator securely, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Accurately mount the dial indicator on the motor hub bracket, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor hub for precise measurement;
10) By finely tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor's feet, align the compressor and motor's center lines. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft's center line is slightly higher than the low-speed shaft of the compressor, with a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and thoroughly recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to ensure impeccable alignment.;
12) Once the motor's idle test is satisfactory, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect levelness and alignment of the casing, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial run, release and retighten the bolts to maintain integrity.

3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component, vulnerable to irreversible damage if exposed to solids or liquids. It is imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering strictly to steam corrosion-grade standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately, and the installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet piping. Ensure all related pipeline accessories are installed as per the PI diagram. The pipes must be independently supported by separate brackets to prevent any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
