At its core, the process operates on the principle that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. Through this, electrical energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy, increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature elevation allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it deftly heats the materials to generate evaporation, thereby achieving an impressive recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the robust foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, gently slide wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims play a crucial role in ensuring the unit remains impeccably level.
Skillfully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring an optimal balance. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges should be
manufactured and carefully installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions at hand. The contact surfaces must be impeccably finished to ensure even contact across inclined planes,
effortlessly sustaining a bearing capacity that should not exceed the impressive 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to attain perfect leveling. The precision standards for the unit are set as follows: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level
of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring exceptional stability.

3.3.3 Centering of the coupling is essential. Prior to initiating the alignment process, ensure the following crucial prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should be oversized compared to the bolt size, enabling easy adjustment of the motor position when bolts are loosened;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to rest beneath the motor foot. Ensure these gaskets are free of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for attaching a dial indicator precisely on the edge of the wheel hub. This ensures the dial indicator probe accurately touches the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines for precision. The maximum deviation for the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, exhibiting coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to confirm alignment is maintained.
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, ensure the anchor bolts are securely tightened. After mechanical operation or trial operation, it is advisable to loosen and re-tighten these bolts, reaffirming their stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusions to prevent irreversible damage. Thus, it is paramount to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be duly rectified. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure import and export pipelines feature appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported by an alternate bracket, ensuring no weight burden is placed on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete has reached full solidification, the time has arrived to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that every component is seamlessly integrated and operating in perfect harmony.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this vital control unit should be expertly managed using threading pipe, thoughtfully routed underground to ensure durability and protection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, the next step is to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a seamless and efficient operational interface.
