Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securing the compressor base integrally onto the pre-prepared foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Place pairs of wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is impeccably level, gingerly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
meticulously crafted and installed by the user in accordance with the specific requirements of the site, ensuring the contact surfaces are immaculate for
perfect contact on inclined planes. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve optimal balance. The unit's leveling parameters are as follows: the axial level must achieve a precision of 0.05/1000mm,
and the horizontal level should maintain a precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully deactivated.
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield with care.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, ensuring pristine cleanliness.
5) Verify that motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolt size to facilitate seamless loosening and motor adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be devoid of attachments and perfectly flat.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer).
8) Assemble the appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed for affixing a dial indicator to the edge of the hub, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's periphery.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to be nearly congruent, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle (ensuring the motor shaft center line is marginally above the compressor low-speed shaft center line). Coupling end face tolerance should be between 0.03mm to 0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout measurements.;
12) After successful motor idling verification, attach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, fortify the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid intrusion could incur irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines are scrupulously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for the correct installation of all necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines are independently supported and not burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation of the main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment, and once the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 It is advised that the electric control cabinet of the compressor be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself.
