This transforms valuable electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once elevated, this steam returns to the evaporator, where it plays a pivotal role in heating materials and instigating evaporation. This process masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization, ensuring the sustainable and efficient use of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor's robust base is meticulously positioned onto the foundation, with the precise placement of wedge-shaped shims beneath to ensure perfect leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately, meticulously level the unit, then secure the shims with spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user is responsible for crafting and fitting the wedge according to specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is finished for seamless engagement of the inclined plane.
Ensure the bearing strength of the wedge iron does not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the optimal level. The unit's leveling standards are: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal alignment precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For meticulous coupling alignment, confirm the following prior to commencement:
1) Deactivate the main power source;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign objects, dirt, and residues to ensure utmost flatness;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size for ease in loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a sufficient quantity of stainless steel shims for motor support, ensuring they are free of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and thin shims for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Securely mount the bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the ensuing figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, with the probe accurately positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts located around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to near perfection, adhering to any provided specifications. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts post-alignment, meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Post an idle test of the motor, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After undergoing mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation mandates a pristine environment, as any solids or liquids entering can cause irreparable damage. Ensure all connected pipelines are clean and meet stringent steam corrosion system standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with essential accessories as per the PI diagram. Support pipelines with independent brackets to prevent them from burdening the compressor structure.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been immaculately installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidity, you can proceed with conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the optimal functionality and reliability of your compressor system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be meticulously made using threading pipes placed underground to protect and conceal the wiring. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a flawless integration and operation.
