3.3.1 The compressor base, skillfully crafted to perfection, is positioned seamlessly on the sturdy foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling, ensuring flawless alignment.
Alternate the placement of wedge-shaped irons, delicately achieving the ideal level. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points for steadfast stability.
The user, showcasing their expertise, must manufacture and install the wedge according to specific conditions. The contact surface must be meticulously finished for an even and reliable connection.
Ensure an optimal wedge iron bearing capacity, not exceeding the robust threshold of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve the desired level alignment. The axial level precision is set at an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level standard is maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to initiating the process, ensure these essential steps are followed:
1) Secure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for precise adjustments;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is immaculate and free from any hindrance;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately larger than bolt sizes, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Prepare a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets, devoid of any contaminants, to securely support the motor. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustment between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with accuracy reaching 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Set up a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe precisely on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines with precision (or as per specific instructions), ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should ideally be positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face held between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for perfection;
12) After confirming the motor's idle performance, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the casing's "levelness" and alignment by tightening the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial run, release and retighten these bolts to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a marvel of high-speed rotation, demands absolute purity in its environment. Solid or liquid intrusions could inflict irreversible harm, so ensure all compressor-connected pipelines are pristine and meet the stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Should there be any discrepancy, immediate rectification is advised. It's beneficial to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, safeguarding against potential damage.
3.3.6 With precision, install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All related pipeline accessories must be fitted according to the PI diagram. Ensure the compressor itself bears no weight by supporting connected pipelines with a dedicated bracket, preserving the compressor's integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are expertly installed and the concrete is fully solidified, proceed to conduct the compressor operation test, affirming the system's reliability and performance.
