12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to re-install the coupling intermediate section to ensure seamless and reliable operation.

Pipelines falling short of these standards must undergo necessary corrections.To maintain system integrity, it is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet. This precaution ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the entire system.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision and care. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories, as illustrated in the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connecting to the compressor should be supported by a dedicated bracket, thus avoiding any unnecessary weight from impacting the compressor body itself and maintaining optimal function.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its associated equipment have been expertly installed, and the concrete foundation has cured to full strength, the moment arrives to initiate the exhilarating process of conducting a compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius.
