The core principle is breathtakingly simple yet highly efficient: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator undergoes compression using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process cleverly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam then returns triumphantly to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation. This ingenious cycle allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a marvel of modern engineering.

It primarily consists of a meticulously designed compressor body, which includes sophisticated components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seals. These are expertly integrated with a coupling, motor, and advanced electric instrumentation, ensuring superior performance and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the seamless installation of the compressor base, position it perfectly on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims strategically under the base to achieve precise leveling.
Ensure the alternate placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability. The customization of wedges is at the user's discretion based on the specific conditions.
It is essential that the contact surface is flawlessly finished for even distribution of weight across inclined planes.
The wedge iron must be designed to support a weight not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve meticulous leveling. The leveling standards require an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.
Ensure these standards are met to guarantee flawless operation.

3.3.3 Attaining perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to commencing the alignment process, confirm the following conditions have been met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely disconnected;
2) Remove the coupling shield to gain clear access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation surface meticulously, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any unnecessary materials;
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size to allow easy loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor base. Ensure gaskets are free of contaminants and are perfectly flat. Do not use narrow and elongated gaskets for adjustments between motor and base;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm (customers must provide their own);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is essential for setting up the dial indicator on the hub's edge, allowing the probe to be placed on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through precise adjustments of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for utmost accuracy;
12) Post a successful motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. After executing mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten the bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a vital high-speed component, vulnerable to irreversible damage from solid or liquid ingress. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify any pipelines that do not meet these criteria. It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to integrate the necessary pipeline accessories for import and export. Ensure the pipelines linked to the compressor are independently supported by separate brackets to prevent undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you are all set to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet for our compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a clean and professional setup, use threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, with these pipes elegantly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to skillfully connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, enabling superior control and monitoring functionalities.
