3.3.1 Gracefully place the compressor base on the foundation, positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling. These shims are essential for ensuring unparalleled alignment.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, achieving perfect leveling. Secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 critical points. These wedges, crafted by the user, ensure a seamless fit and must be tailored to the specific setup.
The contact surface must be expertly finished, guaranteeing even contact on inclined planes. The wedge iron must support no more than 40Kg/cm—precision is key.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. Maintain axial level precision at a remarkable 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment of the coupling. Before beginning this crucial task, ensure all preparatory steps are meticulously followed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Gently detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Diligently check the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it's free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts to allow for adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor's footing—these must be pristine, without any attachments, and sufficiently flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, ensuring customer preparation;
8) Have a bracket ready to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position the dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, with the probe precisely set on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through careful adjustment of the motor feet's bolts, align the motor and compressor center lines accurately. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains a mere 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line subtly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and maintain coupling end face precision between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure flawless alignment;;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring everything functions smoothly.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After the compressor's mechanical or trial operation, release and re-tighten these bolts to lock in perfect alignment.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed marvel, any infiltration of solid or liquid matter could irreversibly damage the compressor. It's critical to maintain pristinely clean inlet and outlet pipelines, aligned with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that fail to meet these standards should be promptly rectified. It's highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor should not bear the load of the connecting pipeline; instead, employ an independent support bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and auxiliary equipment are installed and the concrete has fully set, initiate the compressor operation test to verify seamless functionality.
