This cutting-edge technology operates on the core principle of compressing secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This sophisticated process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, inducing further evaporation. Through this remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, the MVR technology ensures an exceptional level of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously placed on the prepared foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit, ensuring optimal performance.
For maximum stability, arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, securing them robustly.
The user is responsible for the custom fabrication and installation of the wedge, tailored to the specific conditions and needs, ensuring an immaculate contact surface.
The inclined plane must be even, with a maximum bearing capacity of the wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ an advanced level to achieve the highest degree of leveling precision. The stringent leveling criteria for the unit are an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these specifications are meticulously met to guarantee flawless operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following essential prerequisites are met:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate precise alignment;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, dust, or attachments, maintaining a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt, allowing for fine adjustment of the motor positioning;
6) Adequately prepare and organize a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor foot, ensuring they are free of any attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments, as these can compromise stability;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Assemble the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram below, for a simplified setup;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is specifically designed for affixing a dial indicator on the hub’s boundary, facilitating precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensure the compressor and motor center lines align as closely as possible (or follow specific guidelines), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be marginally higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, firmly secure the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling intermediate section, completing the process with confidence.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, the casing must have its anchor bolts securely tightened. After mechanical operation or trial runs, bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller’s high-speed rotation demands vigilance; any solid or liquid ingress can inflict irreversible damage upon the compressor. Thus, ensure that connecting pipelines to the compressor are immaculate and comply with system steam corrosion grades. Non-conforming pipelines require immediate rectification to prevent damage.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet, safeguarding against impurities.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines must be equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. It is crucial that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This will ensure that every component is functioning at peak performance, ready to deliver the unwavering reliability you expect from our cutting-edge technology.
3.3.8 To maintain optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. The wiring connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be expertly threaded through pipes, securely placed underground. After the electric control cabinet is installed, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless integration for smooth operation.
