The core principle involves the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being skillfully compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, raising both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resulting elevated temperature returns this steam to the evaporator, where it heats materials, inducing further evaporation. This innovative cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, achieving remarkable energy efficiency and sustainable operation.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is ingeniously designed, comprising essential components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, along with an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims under the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit;
alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and fitted by the user according to specific site conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for full contact of the inclined
plane, with the bearing capacity of each wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precise alignment. The unit's leveling standards are stringent: an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Before commencing alignment, ensure compliance with the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from any debris, contaminants, or foreign objects;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet, ensuring they are devoid of any debris and are adequately flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to hold the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor's hub outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, with an outer circle deviation not exceeding 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) After successfully performing the motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling adjustments, ensure all anchor bolts are firmly tightened. After a trial operation, re-loosen and retighten these bolts to secure integrity.
3.3.5 Given the high-speed nature of the impeller, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as it could cause significant damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified promptly. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe leading into the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Furthermore, support the pipelines with a separate bracket to prevent any load on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment is complete, and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This marks a crucial step in ensuring the readiness and efficiency of your setup.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor no more than 5 meters from the compressor itself. For secure and efficient operation, the wiring that connects the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be housed in threading pipes that are installed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is properly positioned, make sure to establish a seamless connection between the wiring terminals in the control cabinet and the lines at the remote DCS, facilitating optimal control and monitoring capabilities.
