The core principle behind MVR involves compressing secondary steam, which emerges from the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Subsequently, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam elevate, allowing it to return to the evaporator. Here, it heats materials and fuels further evaporation, achieving a remarkable recycling of the secondary steam's latent heat of vaporization.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is an ensemble of sophisticated components, including the compressor body, which comprises a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. These are complemented by a coupling, motor, and an electric instrument suite. The harmonious interaction of these elements ensures efficient performance, reliability, and longevity of the system.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on its foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are essential for precise unit leveling.
Ensure to place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at four to five points to secure them firmly.
Remember, these wedges should be tailored and installed by the user, customized to suit actual conditions. The contact surface should be finely finished to ensure even contact of the inclined plane.
Be mindful that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must never exceed 40 Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure the unit is perfectly balanced. The leveling criteria are exacting: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.
These precision requirements ensure optimal performance and longevity of the unit.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by adhering to the following prerequisites:
1) First and foremost, disconnect the main power supply for safety.
2) Proceed to remove the coupling shield carefully.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and any obstructions.
5) The motor's bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments.
6) Secure an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. Gaskets must be devoid of extras and sufficiently flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustment.
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to ensure alignment precision (to be provided by the customer).
8) Have a bracket prepared to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing the probe to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By judiciously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring maximum deviation of the outer circle is kept to 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial period, release and re-tighten the bolts to maintain robustness.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation is pivotal; thus, any ingress of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring compliance with the steam corrosion grade system's standards. For pipelines falling short of this criterion, rectification is a must. It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring that all relevant pipeline accessories are affixed according to the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be supported independently by another bracket, with no weight imposed on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are installed, and the concrete is fully solidified, the compressor operation test is ready to be executed, confirming performance excellence.
