The core principle is elegantly simple yet profoundly effective: secondary steam generated by the evaporator undergoes compression via a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam then returns triumphantly to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials and instigates evaporation, thus achieving a brilliant recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base atop the foundation, and gently insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit leveling.
Place these carefully crafted wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly level, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 strategic points to ensure stability.
Craft and install the wedge according to your unique setup. Ensure that the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a masterful touch with a level to find true level perfection. The unit's axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should achieve a flawless 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve ideal coupling alignment by following these preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's central section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign particles, debris, and any obstructions;
5) The motor bolt hole should be slightly larger than the bolt itself, allowing for ease of adjustment by loosening the bolt;
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets for motor support, ensuring they are devoid of any impurities and maintain perfect flatness. Avoid using long, thin gaskets to wedge between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a high-tech laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer).
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as detailed in the accompanying diagram.

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket strategically to hold a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the indicator probe touches the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Achieve near-perfect alignment by adjusting bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle and coupling end face runouts for precision.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the casing's "levelness" and achieving impeccable alignment, proceed to tightly secure the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operation, release and retighten the bolts to ensure utmost security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain pristine cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified promptly. Consider adding advanced solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.

3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously for importing and exporting pipelines, equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that the compressor's structural integrity remains uncompromised by supporting the connected pipelines with external brackets, thereby preventing any undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been flawlessly installed and the concrete base achieves full solidification, it marks the momentous occasion to initiate the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures the seamless performance and reliability of the system, setting the foundation for unparalleled efficiency.
3.3.8 It is paramount that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection of the wiring, from the compressor to this control hub, must be meticulously done using threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, the task of connecting the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines can be executed with precision, ensuring a flawless and synchronized system operation.
