This is achieved by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy that the system itself generates. At its core, the principle involves taking the secondary steam produced by the evaporator and compressing it using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an elevation of both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature then returns this steam back to the evaporator, where it performs the vital task of heating the materials, thereby inducing further evaporation. Through this ingenious cycle, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is efficiently recycled, making this process not only sustainable but also exceptionally cost-effective.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve precise leveling, ensuring the unit's stability and optimal performance.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure these wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability and security.
The wedges must be custom-manufactured and installed to match your specific conditions. Ensure even contact by refining the contact surface meticulously for uniform load distribution.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm², guaranteeing long-term reliability and performance.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve perfect leveling. The stringent leveling requirements are: axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring superior performance.
The accuracy in leveling guarantees the flawless operation of the unit.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Before starting this crucial alignment, ensure the following essential prerequisites are met:
1) Safely shut off the main power supply to avoid any electrical hazards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to expose the necessary components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is free of foreign objects and debris for a clean, flat surface;
5) The motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size slightly, allowing for effortless motor adjustment;
6) Prepare stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are free of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that could compromise adjustment quality;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for superior alignment results;
8) Prepare a sturdy support bracket for the dial indicator, following the illustration provided for accurate setup;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring accurate measurements are taken.
10) Precisely adjust the motor feet bolts so that the compressor and motor center lines align accurately, limiting the maximum deviation to 0.05mm for the outer circle and ensuring the coupling end face deviation is within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts after alignment. Recheck the outer circle runout and end face runout for precision alignment.;
12) After ensuring correct alignment, reinstall the coupling intermediate section following the motor's idle testing phase.
3.3.4 Post alignment, ensure the casing is perfectly leveled and tighten the anchor bolts. After trial or initial operations, retighten these bolts for enduring stability and reliability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from potential damage. Ensure the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines to meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Inadequate pipelines require immediate rectification.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, to prevent contaminants before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Securely install the inlet and outlet pipes of the compressor. Follow the PI diagram for correct accessory placement. Ensure all connected pipelines are independently supported to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, it is time to embark on the compressor operation test.
