This enhanced steam then returns triumphantly to the evaporator, where it continues its mission by heating materials and generating further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be precisely positioned on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for stability. The wedges should be
manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions with their contact surfaces finished to ensure even contact on all inclined
planes. The wedge iron must not support more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to find the exact level. The leveling specifications for the unit are: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
unit level at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Accurately center the coupling. Before proceeding with alignment, make sure the following steps are executed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no debris or attachments remain;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor feet, ensuring no attachments and smooth surfaces. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustment;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the following schematic;

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket correctly to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing for precise measurements on the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum permissible outer circle deviation is 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft's center line is higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conduct a motor idling test before reinstalling the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are achieved, anchor bolts should be tightened. Post mechanical or trial operation, bolts must be loosened and retightened for optimum security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is highly sensitive. To prevent irreversible damage, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and meet the steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be rectified. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Outfit import and export pipelines with necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Additional brackets should support pipelines linked to the compressor, never relying on the compressor body to bear their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it is time to proceed with the comprehensive compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring that bridges the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be expertly connected using a threading pipe, securely laid underground for optimal safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, it's essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and control.
