3.3.1 The compressor base is delicately positioned on its foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee an even contact of the inclined
plane, with the wedge iron bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Use a level to find impeccable balance. Maintain exact leveling standards: the unit's axial level at 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level at a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before alignment, ensure these essential preconditions are met:
1) Disconnect the main power to guarantee safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield carefully;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section cautiously;
4) Meticulously check the motor's installation plane for any debris or dirt, ensuring a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt itself, allowing easy bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have enough stainless steel gaskets ready to fully cover the motor's foot. Gaskets must be clean, flat, and sturdy enough. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustment between motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with precise 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Subtle adjustments of the motor feet bolts ensure the compressor and motor center line align closely. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle (the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line). Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and double-check the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for any discrepancies;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are ideal, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations or trials, loosen then retighten the bolts for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed rotating component, must be protected from solids or liquids, which can cause severe damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are thoroughly cleaned and meet the steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines.We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for fitting relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipelines are supported by independent brackets, not relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, the stage is perfectly set for the exhilarating compressor operation test to commence.
3.3.8 Ensuring optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be installed within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless integration, connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet using a threading pipe that travels discreetly underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines for flawless operation.
