The centrifugal fan is a sophisticated assembly that includes a robust fan unit, essential auxiliaries, and an advanced control and monitoring system. The fan unit itself is an engineering marvel, featuring both dynamic and static components. The dynamic rotor is equipped with a high-performance impeller and durable main shaft, while the static section comprises a meticulously designed housing, inlet box, and air inlet, all working in perfect synergy. Our centrifugal fans offer a versatile array of transmission methods to meet diverse industrial needs. These include the direct motor connection (A type) for straightforward setups, and the belt transmission options (B, C, E types) for flexible and adjustable power delivery. For more robust requirements, we provide the coupling transmission (D type) and an innovative coupling transmission with an integrated inlet box (F type). Notably, the E type and F type models can be ingeniously configured as double suction fan types, ensuring superior airflow and efficiency for demanding applications.
Upon arrival of the fan, check whether all parts are damaged or missing, and any defects and deviations should be reported to Dart-Rich
as soon as possible.
1. For the fan parts delivered in bulk, some matching parts have been pre-assembled in Dart-Rich and marked before disassembly,
packaging and transportation, and must be installed on site according to the markings.
2. It is necessary to drive the transmission part before installation after the installed ventilator of the whole machine arrives at the site,
check whether the rotating parts are rubbed or jammed, and check the coaxiality of the coupling between the fan and the motor. If there are any problems, it is necessary to adjust and correct them in time.
