The fundamental principle of MVR involves the highly efficient compression of secondary steam produced by the evaporator, using our advanced high energy efficiency steam compressor. This process seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the enhanced secondary steam is redirected back to the evaporator, facilitating the heating of materials and driving further evaporation. This ingenious cycle allows for the sustainable recycling of the secondary steam's latent heat of vaporization.
The DM series Single-stage Geard Steam Compressor showcases a meticulously engineered design comprising the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instruments, and an advanced anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 Begin by strategically placing the compressor base as a single unit on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to meticulously adjust and maintain the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is level, secure them with spot welds at 4-5 key points. The construction and installation of the wedge should be custom-made by the user to fit the precise conditions.
Ensure that the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee even contact. This careful attention will support the inclined plane effectively.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not surpass the limit of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to verify and achieve perfect accuracy. The leveling requirements demand precision: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm while the horizontal level is set at 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve meticulous coupling centering before initiating alignment with the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane to confirm it's free of any debris or obstructions;
5) The motor's bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to underlay the motor foot. These gaskets should be pristine and completely flat. Avoid using elongated and slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the diagram below;
9) Attach the dial indicator to the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjustment of the motor feet's bolts will help align the compressor and motor center lines. The deviation should not exceed 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft center elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout with precision monitoring;;
12) After the motor has successfully passed the idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, it's crucial to tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completing the mechanical operation or trial phase, release and retighten the bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The high-speed impeller is a delicate component; any ingress of solid or liquid could lead to irreversible damage. Thus, ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are immaculate and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be addressed immediately. Adding solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is highly recommended before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for installing related pipeline accessories. It's imperative that pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by separate brackets to prevent undue weight on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete has completely set into a solid foundation, you are ready to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This critical stage ensures that everything is in optimal working order, setting the stage for a seamless and efficient performance.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. To ensure a clean and organized setup, utilize threading pipes to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, routing these connections underground for added protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect its wiring terminals harmoniously with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable communication link.
