The consequential increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in efficiently heating materials and inducing evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by carefully placing the compressor base on its foundation. Underneath this sturdy base, position wedge-shaped shims strategically; these are essential for achieving perfect unit level.
Make use of alternating, precisely positioned wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed with spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This step ensures a stable and secure fit.
The responsibility for creating and installing these wedges falls to the user, tailored to their specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for a perfect fit.
Remember, the inclined plane must contact evenly, and the wedge iron should not bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Precision is key—employ a level to ascertain the unit's levelness. The axial unit level must adhere to a stringent 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal unit level requires 0.10/1000mm.
Meticulous attention to these measurements ensures optimal performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is a critical step. Prior to alignment, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to maintain safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access key components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts. This allows loosening for precise motor adjustments.
6) Have a supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to fully support the motor's foot. Avoid using long or thin gaskets that could lead to instability.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (customer's responsibility).
8) Set up a supporting bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely affix a dial indicator, with its probe delicately placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Through careful adjustment of the motor foot's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines to be virtually identical (or follow specific instructions). Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and thoroughly inspect the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to confirm alignment.;
12) Once the motor idling test is completed, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 With 'levelness' and alignment perfectly achieved, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Remember to loosen and retighten these bolts after the mechanical or trial operation for sustained precision.
3.3.5 The impeller is a marvel of high-speed rotation, yet it is vulnerable; any solid or liquid intrusion can lead to irreversible damage. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines, aligning with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo immediate rectification. It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously to install relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipelines connecting to the compressor are supported by a separate bracket, as their weight should not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you may proceed with the compressor's operational test. This ensures that everything is firmly in place for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the Efficient Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor with Frequency Conversion Technology within a convenient 5-meter proximity to the compressor. The wiring journey from the compressor to this control cabinet should be elegantly managed using threading pipe, discreetly routed underground. Once the control cabinet is perfectly situated, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals inside with the lines at the remote DCS to ensure precision and efficiency.
