The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a steam compressor renowned for high energy efficiency. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this heated steam returns to the evaporator, amplifying the material heating and evaporation process. In doing so, it brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization, showcasing an advanced method of energy conservation.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an innovative piece of turbine equipment, driven by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its standout design features the impeller mounted directly at the shaft extension end of the motor, seamlessly supported by an oil film bearing. This ingenious setup allows for direct drive via a high-speed motor, eliminating the need for both a speed-increasing gearbox and couplings. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For optimal performance, place the compressor base as a single unit on the foundation. Incorporate wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely tune its level.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welding at 4-5 points, ensuring stability.
Users should customize and install the wedges based on their specific conditions. The contact surface must be smoothly finished, ensuring even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm², affirming robust support.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the unit's precision. Maintain a meticulous axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for exquisite alignment.
These precision metrics ensure the compressor's optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Prioritize centering the coupling. Before commencing alignment, adhere to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for better access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, enabling clearer adjustments;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free of foreign objects, dirt, or any obstructive attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes should be slightly larger to allow easy loosening and adjustment of the motor for precision alignment;
6) Have a sufficient stock of stainless steel gaskets ready to snugly fit beneath the motor. These gaskets must be immaculate and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer provides;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's fringe, placing the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor's center lines. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's to ensure optimal performance;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts to assure precision;;
12) Post the motor's idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After the precise alignment and leveling of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post any mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten the bolts to secure the setup.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain pristine. Any foreign solid or liquid intrusion could cause irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria require immediate rectification. It's prudent to incorporate solid-liquid separation apparatus such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the inlet and outlet pipes to the compressor. Install associated accessories per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines independently, ensuring no undue weight burden falls upon the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures all components are perfectly aligned and ready to deliver peak performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For optimal safety and efficiency, the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet should be encased in a threading pipe and routed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a seamless and secure connection.
