At its core, the principle of MVR involves the compression of secondary steam—produced by the evaporator—using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, consequently elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced steam is then reintroduced to the evaporator, where it performs the dual functions of heating the materials and generating further evaporation. This innovative mechanism not only maximizes energy efficiency but also brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, setting a new standard for energy conservation.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, primarily comprising a robust compressor body featuring components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it includes a coupling, motor, and electric instrument, each element meticulously designed for optimal performance and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor's integral base precisely on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, place well-crafted wedge-shaped shims underneath the base. These shims are essential for adjusting the unit level.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons to ensure the unit is meticulously leveled. Secure these wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 key points. Remember, these wedges should be
custom-manufactured and installed based on the user's specific requirements. The contact surface must be expertly finished to guarantee even contact on the inclined
plane, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The leveling standards are stringent: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should precisely meet 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously met:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign matter, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Design motor bolt holes to exceed bolt sizes, allowing easy loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fit snugly under the motor feet. These gaskets should be impeccably flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using long or thin gaskets to adjust between the motor and the base;
7) Employ either a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be prepared by the customer;
8) Ready your bracket to support the dial indicator according to the comprehensive diagram below;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator precisely on the wheel hub's edge, and align the dial indicator probe with the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By strategically adjusting the surrounding bolts on the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to be virtually identical (or follow specific instructions). The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line must be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, while the coupling end face should range between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle and coupling end face runouts to ensure precision;
12) Upon successfully completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After attaining the desired 'levelness' and alignment for the casing, proceed to snugly tighten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, these bolts should be loosened and retightened for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component, and any foreign solid or liquid can cause irrevocable damage. Therefore, it is paramount to ensure all connecting pipelines are immaculate and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected. We recommend incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines integrate the necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor should be independently supported by an external bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you are poised to embark on the dynamic compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures the operational excellence and readiness of your Compact Steam Compressor.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and optimal performance, the compressor's sophisticated electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring, masterfully concealed within threading pipes, is routed underground for safety and aesthetics. After firmly positioning the electric control cabinet, establish a robust connection between the wiring terminals within it and the remote DCS lines, preparing your system for smooth and efficient operation.
