This innovative system masterfully reduces the dependency on external energy sources by ingeniously repurposing the secondary steam it generates. The core principle revolves around the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, which is efficiently compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated secondary steam is seamlessly reintegrated into the evaporator, effectively warming the materials to induce evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, presenting a sustainable and efficient solution.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of engineering, encompassing a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. It boasts a compact, meticulously designed structure that ensures ease of maintenance and longevity. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base as a whole on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for perfect leveling – a seamless setup awaits.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving flawless unit leveling, and gently spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 key points. Please note,
users must craft and install the wedge tailored to their specific conditions, ensuring a perfectly finished contact surface (even and smooth contact of the inclined
plane, while maintaining the bearing capacity of the wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
².)
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to attain perfect leveling. Stringent leveling criteria: the unit's axial level at 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulously align the coupling. Before commencing alignment, confirm these crucial prerequisites:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, allowing for easy bolt loosening to fine-tune motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of spotless stainless steel gaskets, perfectly flat and without attachments, avoiding long and thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;

9) Equip the motor hub mounting bracket to support a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe delicately placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adroitly adjusting the motor feet's bolts, the compressor and motor align harmoniously along the same centerline (or as per guidelines), ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is a mere 0.05mm (motor shaft center surpassing the compressor low-speed shaft center), with coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for absolute precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, seamlessly re-install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, release and re-tighten them for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel; any solid or liquid intrusion risks irreversible damage. Ensure that every inlet and outlet pipe connected to the compressor is immaculate and meets the steam corrosion grade standards of the system. Remediate any pipelines falling short of these criteria. It is strongly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation systems, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, integrating relevant pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Brackets must support pipes connected to the compressor independently; their weight must not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has thoroughly solidified, you are all set to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This critical step ensures optimal performance and reliability, paving the way for seamless operation.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor is crucial and should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius for efficient connectivity. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring they are safely routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS. This integration enhances control precision and operational efficiency.
