Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base as a single, solid unit onto the prepared foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims positioned under the base for precise leveling adjustments.
Position these wedge-shaped irons in an alternate pattern. Once the unit is level, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 key points to ensure stability.
The responsibility of manufacturing and installing these wedges lies with the user, tailored to their specific circumstances. It is crucial that the contact surface is impeccably finished to ensure a seamless contact of inclined planes.
Please note, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 To achieve impeccable leveling, utilize a high-precision level. The established leveling criteria are as follows: the unit's axial level should be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
This level of precision ensures optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 For coupling alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met before proceeding:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor's installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or any foreign matter.
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt sizes, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor position.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to completely cover the motor feet. Ensure these gaskets are free from attachments and possess adequate flatness. Avoid the use of elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator accurately on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is aligned with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines closely, with the maximum outer circle deviation maintained at 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts securely, and re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure accuracy.;
12) After successfully performing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, release and then retighten these bolts to confirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a component of high-speed rotation, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid ingress. It is imperative to ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing to meet this standard require rectification, potentially through the installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are installed per the PI diagram. The pipeline linking to the compressor must be independently supported by an external bracket, with no weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its auxiliary equipment are fully installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, the compressor operation test is ready to be conducted.
