Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust its level.
For precision leveling, arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. After achieving level stability, spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 points.
These wedges should be custom-manufactured and installed by the user to suit specific conditions, ensuring even contact of the inclined plane.
Note: The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain the unit's precision. The axial level should be at 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling alignment by checking these prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply.
2) Dismantle the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes for easy adjustments. This allows bolt loosening to refine motor alignment.
6) Stock sufficient stainless steel gaskets to completely cover the motor's feet. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and free of attachments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer).
8) Prepare the necessary bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. The motor's shaft center should slightly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center.

11) After final adjustments, secure the motor foot bolts and verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for accuracy.;
12) Once alignment is achieved, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idle test.
3.3.4 With the casing's 'levelness' and alignment optimized, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post-run or test-run, recheck and retighten these bolts.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, must remain free from foreign solids or liquids to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure connected pipelines are clean and compliant with steam corrosion standards. For pipelines not meeting these standards, implement solid-liquid separation solutions such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, following PI diagram specifications. Support connected pipelines with separate brackets to avoid burdening the compressor body with unnecessary weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength, the exhilaration of initiating the compressor operation test awaits. This marks the beginning of a new phase of high-performance exploration.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring seamless connectivity. Utilize threading pipes to meticulously channel the wiring underground, from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, deftly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal control and precision.
