Electric energy is transformed into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature increase allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and spurring evaporation. The result is a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, marking a triumph in energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base for precise adjustment to achieve optimal leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled before spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The wedge must be expertly crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique conditions. The contact surface must be pristine, providing even contact on the inclined plane.
The load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
².
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain true levelness. The stringent leveling criteria demand: an axial level of the unit at 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precise coupling alignment is critical. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these key prerequisites are met:
1) The primary power supply must be completely shut off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring absence of debris or unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than the bolts for ease of looseness and precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of perfectly flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing, avoiding thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a customer-supplied laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket as illustrated below to secure the dial indicator;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines with precision, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face should be between 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Firmly secure motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Complete installation by reintegrating the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 On achieving optimal alignment and 'levelness' of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical trials, loosen and retighten them to secure.
3.3.5 With the impeller as a high-speed component, ensure no solid or liquid ingress, as it could irreparably damage the compressor. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to steam corrosion grade standards in the inlet and outlet pipelines.
Non-compliant pipelines need rectification. It's prudent to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for pipeline accessories, ensuring the compressor body isn't burdened by pipeline weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been securely installed and the concrete base has fully set, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test with confidence.
3.3.8 Ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius for optimal performance. The connection wiring between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be neatly threaded through a conduit, ideally placed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is properly situated, seamlessly link the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS to ensure smooth operations.
