At its core, the operation unfolds as follows: The secondary steam birthed by the evaporator is expertly compressed with a state-of-the-art, high energy efficiency steam compressor. This transformation elegantly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this elevated steam is directed back to the evaporator to impart heat to the materials, sparking a new cycle of evaporation. Through this elegant process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is recycled, epitomizing a sustainable and efficient approach.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Strategically arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points to ensure stability.
The wedges should be fabricated and installed by the user based on actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are smooth and even to facilitate seamless contact with the inclined plane.
Be mindful that the load capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to guarantee optimal leveling. The unit's axial level precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be precisely 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these measurements are strictly adhered to for efficient and stable performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before commencing alignment, adhere to these precautionary steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield for open access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess and confirm the motor installation plane is flat, devoid of debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole possesses sufficient clearance, allowing the bolt to be loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets to accommodate the motor's foot. These gaskets should be clean, flat, and free from attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base.
7) Use either a high-accuracy dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm), provided by the customer;
8) Have a suitable bracket prepared to support the dial indicator effectively, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator. This should be positioned along the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the motor and compressor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm. Note that the motor shaft center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should maintain a precision of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the accuracy of the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after successfully conducting the motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the casing's 'levelness' and alignment by tightening the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to reaffirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and the ingress of any solid or liquid can cause serious damage. Hence, ensure that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fall short must be rectified.
It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance protection and efficiency.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines with a separate bracket, ensuring their weight does not rest on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, the stage is set for conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is in optimal working order, paving the way for superior performance.
3.3.8 For seamless and efficient operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor. The wiring should be elegantly connected via threading pipe, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless integration for ultimate operational efficiency.
