At its core, the mechanism involves the compression of secondary steam—produced by the evaporator—using a steam compressor renowned for its high energy efficiency. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As the temperature escalates, the enhanced steam is redirected back to the evaporator, facilitating the heating of materials and prompting further evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, embodying a sustainable and efficient energy solution.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the seamless installation of your compressor by positioning the integrally designed compressor base onto the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims underneath the base, essential for achieving a perfectly leveled unit.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring a leveled unit, and skillfully spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This delicate balance is crafted by the user with personalized finesse.
The user is advised to construct and install the wedge based on the authentic conditions, ensuring a smoothly polished contact surface for even engagement with the inclined plane.
Keep in mind, the wedge iron must withstand a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Embark on a leveling journey using a precision level, meeting stringent specifications: a unit axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
Elevate your standards with meticulous horizontal leveling of the unit at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling is impeccably centered. Before initiating alignment, confirm the following essential prerequisites:
1) Secure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Verify motor installation plane flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris or unwanted attachments;
5) Make certain the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt, offering flexibility for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Acquire ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to envelop the motor foot, avoiding the use of inappropriate long and thin spacers;
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter accurate to 0.01mm, chosen and prepared by the customer for superior alignment;
8) Ready the designated bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator installation on the wheel hub edge, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Adjust around the motor feet using adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor central lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is limited to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Conclude the process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, confirming both outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Perfect the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, securely fastening anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, these bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure ultimate stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, vulnerable to any foreign solid or liquid, which could cause irrevocable compressor damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify pipelines that fall short.
It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation units such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipeline.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories per the PI diagram, supported independently by additional brackets, not burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This moment marks a pivotal step towards unleashing the full potential of your Power Frequency Compressor with Adjustable Guide Vane System.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly managed using underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless operation and control.
