The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces further evaporation, thus facilitating the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the optimal level for the unit.
Precisely arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges are to be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are perfectly finished, guaranteeing even contact over the inclined
plane. The wedge iron should not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precise horizontal alignment. The critical leveling specifications for the unit are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling requires meticulous centering. Prior to aligning, ensure the following requirements are met:
1) Main power supply should be completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Ample stainless steel gaskets should be prepared to support the motor's feet. The gaskets must be flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter boasting a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Prepare the required bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines (or follow specific instructions), achieving a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle (the motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude the process by tightening the motor foot bolts, then inspect the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are confirmed, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen these bolts and retighten them to ensure secure fastening.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands strict cleanliness to avoid damage. It is imperative that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are thoroughly clean and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. For enhanced safety, it is advised to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipes.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all essential pipeline accessories are in place according to the PI diagram. Remember, the pipeline should be supported by a separate bracket to prevent its weight from bearing down on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, you are ready to proceed with the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet is strategically positioned within a mere 5 meters of the compressor. It's crucial that the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is elegantly routed through a threading pipe, flowing seamlessly underground. Once the electric cabinet is perfectly situated, masterfully connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless and sophisticated operation.
